The Hocare Partnership - a pledge to successfully improve home care policies through improved cooperation between regional innovation chains

The project is implemented by 8 partners - the Lead Partner is the Cyprus Agency for Development of Nicosia (ANEL), the Center for Development from the Heart of Slovenia, the National Institute for Research and Development of Informatics - Romania, the Lithuanian Center for Innovation, the Center for National Health - Hungary, the Business Development Institute of the Autonomous Region of Madeira - Portugal, Innovation Center DEX - Czech Republic and the Business Agency Association from the Bulgarian side. Organizations are regional development centers, business associations, institutes, innovation centers involved in regional processes for change.
