Bulletin 3 BSB1030 WeTour

The project partners conducted a survey in the partner countries to determine the competencies and issues faced by female entrepreneurs working in the tourism industry in the Black Sea Basin region when starting, managing, and marketing their businesses on a global scale.

Based on the survey results, a training program will be created to teach participants how to manage and expand their business and promote their region as a desirable travel destination using cutting-edge marketing strategies and digital technologies.

Women who own tourism businesses were interviewed and shared their knowledge of starting and growing a tourism business.
